Already summer? What is going on?
2025 has been positive, despite the continuing problematic property market conditions.
Firstly we finally moved into Warehouse W and I’m not the only member of staff that comes into the office with fresh enthusiasm each morning!
We continue to win receivership work since 2024 with 13 new receivership appointments coming in so far and further work on the horizon!
The boost in receivership appointments has continued with the practise looking forward to continuing good work coming in 2025.
Given the tough times in the economy, which we see continuing into 2025 (thank you Rachel Reeves), we continue being active in leasing and selling a range of property assets, and we have completed on substantial numbers of deals so far and will continue to do so throughout the year.
