Digital Marketing

Paul Bergeman

When the idea for a rebrand came up some time ago, one of the factors we had to consider was could we do this in-house? As del boy once said ‘he who dares wins Rodney!’ and I couldn’t be prouder of everyone, not just the marketing team but many people from different departments who have had to essentially change over 20 years of built up documents and assets. To turn us from SFP in to Exigen/Liquidation Centre within such a short space of time showcases the skills and dedication the group holds within it’s ranks.

All this coming in the middle of an office move? We do like to test ourselves don’t we!?

I’m sure I share everyones delight with our new work home Daniel & Simon have provided for us, having everyone in one space has brought people together in a way that makes us interact more and that is a powerful asset to improve not just productivity, but culture and job satisfaction, which I see every time I’m in attendance.

With the new brands, we are now pushing to scale, with current PPC & social media campaigns rebranded, we have seen better engagement and more quality coming into the business.

Celebrate

One aspect of digital lead generation we have always wanted to pursue has been organic (SEO), climbing googles rankings naturally, rather than paying them an arm and a leg for the privilege! I am pleased to say as of April, we engaged with an agency called reboot, who specialise in this area.

While early days, we are already seeing results with articles written via the Liquidation Centre appearing in major publications such as the Mirror, GQ & MSN and many more. By using these links from these articles, our LC website is quickly moving up the rankings and is on page one of Google already for certain keywords. What does this all mean in the long run? More leads, many, many more leads so whilst this takes a while to mature, H2 will see the effect of this at some point.

Our lead gen within Exigen/LC remains as strong as ever with current tactics and having some sparkling new websites will hopefully give us more of a brand presence too, showing prospects and partners we are one of the top practices in the country for many reasons.

Celebrate

A special thank you to my team, Kieran/Jess and especially Aaron for putting up with me pulling my (virtual) hair out over the last few months to achieve what we have. We all have some part to play in everything we do and I am always amazed and proud of the results we produce together. Aside from our new websites, various projects have also been completed, adding new tech into our system, optimisation of our online campaigns, social engagement/content on the Touch & LC brands and others that don’t go unnoticed.

In regards to Touch, we have had a solid start to 2025, we are in a really good place to push on in H2, with the board already talking about ways to scale further as well as potentially add in other product lines.
