2025 has already brought a whirlwind of change and newness!

It's fantastic to see everyone finally settled into the freshly refurbished Warehouse W, with our brand-new name proudly displayed above the door. This transformation kept both Hannah and me incredibly busy this year, but seeing it all come together and everyone enjoying our new workspace has been so rewarding 😊

Amidst the chaos of the refurbishment and our move, we've also seen a flurry of activity on the recruitment front, with several new starters joining us (listed further down).

We're now looking forward to diving into some new projects, including:

You may have recently spotted divers in the water outside – they were conducting a structural survey on the decking to ensure that we are able to enjoy the space safely.

They have confirmed that it is structurally sound, which is great news! We will now focus on the next phase which is to replace various elements and give it a fresh new look to allow staff to make use of and enjoy the fantastic space 😊

Let's hope for more of the glorious weather that we've been enjoying lately!

Health & Safety

We'll soon be arranging first aid and fire warden training. If you're interested in becoming a trained first aider or fire warden, please contact Sarah Bell by no later than 7 July.

A brief note to remind you all that we have an annual subscription to MBL Seminars, which offers a vast array of online webinars and seminars on various topics. You can access these by registering with your email address at www.mblseminars.com/mymbl.

Please ensure you check in with your Manager before arranging to watch or attend the webinars, and any requests for paid webinars must be sent to HR prior to proceeding.
