CVL

The CVL division is one of the fastest growing departments within the Group, with more companies needing to speak to us than ever before.

Thanks to market conditions, the new branding and increasing in house marketing campaigns, Patrick and Bradley have reached capacity on the number of clients that they can speak to in a day, so we have needed to grow the team.

Grace has now joined the sales team to take on a dual role, meaning she will be able to deal with both MVL and CVL enquiries as they come in. Thank you for stepping up and learning something new and we know that Patrick and Bradley are very pleased to have you on board with us in what we think is going to be a very busy H2 of 2025.

We have also done lots of work this year within the operational side of CVL, adding in new automation processes, to really help save the team time which has been invaluable.

Leaderboard wise, we are making waves, and currently sat at 5th position, however not far off that 3rd place….watch this space for the Christmas Newsletter!!

The CVL pre team has also recruited Isabel from the Facilities team on a Bosman and teams up with Hari and Yatt – Welcome Isabel. In the post team, we have welcomed Jamie into the team and Aaliyah has returned to the firm after a short period away. Welcome both!
